Upload & Manage Files
Here you can securely upload and manage all employee contracts, insurance documents, and other important files. You can also download or delete your files anytime. Please make sure to upload the latest versions.
- Use clear names (e.g., Insurance_Policy_2025.pdf instead of doc1.pdf).
- Include date/version if needed (e.g., EmployeeContract_John_Sept2025.pdf).
- Allowed formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG.
- Convert files to PDF whenever possible for consistency.
- Keep files under 10 MB each (or your system limit).
- Compress images before uploading if they are large.
- Upload files into the correct folder/category.
- Do not mix employee contracts with insurance files.
- Double-check the document before uploading.
Create Training Courses
Use this section to create training courses for employees. You can add lessons, upload training material, and manage all course content from one place. Ensure your course is complete before publishing for employees.
- Add a clear course title (e.g., “Workplace Safety Training – 2025”).
- Write a short course description explaining what the course covers.
- Add a featured image/thumbnail (use simple, professional images).
- Create Sections (e.g., Introduction, Main Lessons, Final Assessment).
- Add Lessons inside each section (use text, video, or attachments).
- Upload training files (PDF, DOC, PPT, etc.) where needed.
- If possible, add short quizzes for knowledge checks.
- Review all lessons to make sure they are complete and in the right order.
